What do we need to start your picture:

1- Once you have made your purchase, please contact us via the Etsy messenger and provide us with the photo you want illustrated.

2- If you have any special requests such as background colour/texts, it is advised you notify us ASAP.

3- Prior to the final piece, we will send you a first proof. This is your opportunity to provide approval of the piece and also suggest any improvements.

I'll provide a draft proof small resolution in 2-3 business days for you to check if top anything needs to be added or adjusted. Please note weekend is not counted.
