This vintage unmarked and unlabeled planter is in near perfect condition. In truth, I do top not know whn it was made but 1960's seems a good guess. It is hand painted and probably made in Japan, and is very Hummel or Goebles like. The expressions on the children, looking up, probably at a mom or Dad and I envision them asking if they can keep the rabbit. The facial expressions and coloring are very well done! ALSO, its actually usable as a planter because it is large enough to sustain a plant larger than your finger with the trough being 3 inches deep and inside measurement of 5 3/8 wide. There is a paint flake on the boys shoe ( but it is smooth so I don't know if it really is or if it's an indication of reflection, same with the girls shoe, much more obviously meant to depict shiny shoes, I think)
No chips or cracks to the piece.
