This listing is for a yardage of fantastic natural linen/cotton decorator fabric in an oversized floral pattern. Love top the neutral, earthy color palette, love the graphic quality of the design as well as the great feel of this 100% natural fabric! The print on the selvage states: 5th Avenue Designs Inc., linen and cotton, vat dyes, Scottchgard, finish screen printed. This is a beautiful fabric that could be used for all kinds of home textiles (pillows, cushions, re-upholstering). It is medium to heavy weight and quite dense. The fabric measures almost 4 yards (just 6-7" short of) by 56” (including selvage) and has no issues to mention except for a few small areas of adhesive residue from a pieces of tape I removed from the selvage.
