This DIY Snowflake Balloon Garland kit includes (you select the length of garland desired from the drop down menu, 12-foot garland shown):

— **OPTIONAL** 1 Snowflake Shaped Mylar 36” Balloon

--an assortment of 11” latex balloons in white, light blue, slate blue**, and silver chrome with white snowflakes** (this look is achieved by "layering" two balloons, one inside the other, to create this special shade of slate, and snowflake **(see below for special instructions),

--a plastic decorator strip

--a dual hand pump (needed double layered balloons)

--instructions included; time is estimated at about 45-60 minutes to complete 6-8 feet of garland, can be made 1-2 days in advance if inflated with air



Balloons will ship flat. This is a DIY kit to be put together by consumer. Slate blue, and silver snowflake balloons will already come layered, to use just inflate with hand pump as normal and tie off ends. Only the inside balloon tail needs to be tied, and it's ready to go!
