This a very pretty double prong hair decoration. The celluloid has been made to look like tortoiseshell which has been top decorated with tiny little silver coloured beads along with bright clear diamantes, in an openwork fan design. This is a lovely piece in fabulous condition. Measures approx. 12x5.5cm
