Purple Kumihimo Spiked Bracelet, Czech Dagger Beads, Seed top Beads, Japanese Weaving

This bracelet with its "spiked" look is created with a combination of Czech 10x3mm dagger beads and silver-lined smoky amethyst AB Miyuki seed beads. The dagger beads are a luscious satin lavender that resembles the look of pearls. Each end of the Kumihimo woven strand top is finished with a silver plated Bali style ornate end cap, and the bracelet closes with a pewter hook and eye clasp with a floral design. Measuring about 7 1/2" long, this bracelet will fit a smaller to average wrist. The beads are strung on French lilac C Lon beading cord.

Kumihimo is the traditional Japanese technique of braiding strands of silk, and often also beads, to create intricately colored designs. The word kumihimo means to gather or combine cord or thread.

If you need to have a bracelet resized, please contact me at the time of your purchase and I will be happy to make adjustments in length. Please measure your wrist with a tape measure just below the wrist bone to ensure a proper fit. Resizing may delay shipment for a day or two, depending on the complexity of the adjustments.
