Emma Mae Flapper Hat top Rose Lavender Velvet

top Emma Mae is a jaunty little 1920's style number that can be worn low on the forehead with the eyes peaking out, brim up or brim down.

It is made from up-cycled upholstery remnants with a cotton lining made from a dress. One side of the crown is ruched up to 3”. The voile and satin rose brooch, 3.5”x3.5” is detachable.

The crown is 5” tall and can be turned up 1”, exposing the lining and creating a brim. The circular top is 8” in diameter. It comfortably fits 23.5” around the head.
