Small top sugar and cream set from Holmegaard glassworks, Denmark 1960s, Mid Century Modern

Beautiful cobalt blue cream jug and sugar bowl from Holmegaard Glasvaerk.

The cream jug can be found in the Holmegaard catalog from 1950 being described as "Cream jug 1/12L". The model is older though and can be seen in the catalog of household items from 1923. The sugar bowl is to be found in the catalog from 1965 and is described as being "Sugar bowl 1/8kg".

With its stylish and top colourful expression, this set would be a beautiful addition to any home, wether in use or as a decorative glass design piece on display.
