Original Jambu top Fruit Dove Embroidery

This piece is my first attempt at a realistic animal on fabric. I top spent 40+ hours on stitching this bird, because of the intricate detailing on the wings, and I used only single thread stitches to add small details. I hold this artwork dearly to my heart, as this kept me going as an artist. I love making art that features uncommon animals, so creating this Jambu Fruit Dove has been an immense pleasure for me. I love animals, and I love sharing art with others. This little birdie would be a lovely addition to your living room or bedroom!
